Peeling Skin, or Crystal Clear Lake?

One of the world’s biggest wonders is lakes that are as clear as crystal that you are able to see down to the bottom no matter how deep they are.

These lakes are called oligotrophic lakes which means that the lakes have fewer nutrients in the water and plants don’t thrive in it. This results in clearer water. On the other hand, we have eutrophic lakes that have lots of nutrients and thus lots of plant life thus making the water murkier. There is also the mesotrophic lake that falls right in between.


An oligotrophic lake is said to be better for drinking water because of less biological activity.

Overton was also America's oldest World War II veteran. Journalist Sets Himself Ablaze To Protest Poverty In Tunisia

For drastic change to happen anywhere, people must stand up to take a stand. One man who is in earnest desire to see a change come to the poor people of Tunisia, has taken a strange step to set the ball in motion. The man called Abdel Razaq Zorgi set himself ablaze to protest the harsh living conditions of the Tunisian populace. Before his death, the 32-year-old journalist had released a video the night before where he disclosed his intentions. He said, “For the sons of Kasserine who have no means of subsistence, today I start a revolution. I am going to set myself on fire.” The gruesome death of the journalist sparked protests in the city after dark and clashes overnight with police who fired tear gas at dozens of people who had set tyres ablaze and blocked the main street. Brother Stabs Sister In Food Fight

Wonders they say shall never cease in this odd world we live in. A scenario has played out where a brother stabbed his sister in the back for the pace at which she was making lunch. The event which took place in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, had a 22-year-old man stab his younger sister because she was slow in making his food.
